Taverners Reserves resumed their league campaign after 2 months off with a comfortable 4-1 victory. Matt Spring opened the scoring after good work from Simon Larner left him with an easy tap in. Josh Blunt fired home superbly from 10 yards to make it 2-0 going into the break. Superb individual goals from Olie Portlock and Craig Mills completed the tally with the visitors getting one back with 10 to go. Taverners made hard work of things in the second half and seemed to tire after a lengthy lay off but managed to see out the game.
