
Tavs took to the road for the first time this season to face a Upton St Leonard’s.
Upton kicked the game off but it only took Tavs 7 minutes to draw first blood when Captain Louis Wilkins found himself in enough space just outside of the penalty box to move Kyle Adams pass from out of his feet and make use of the wet conditions and slot past a floundering keeper.
3 minutes later Ethan Moulden doubled the score with another effort from range which graced past the keepers finger tips into the roof of the net.
4 minutes later A spirited Upton attack was awarded with a corner, Luke Ostle beat his man to the ball but the header was unfortunately misdirected and fell to the back of the Tavs net.
Another 5 minutes and Tavs restored their 2 goal lead when Dean Neale dribbled the ball down the wing to rolled back for Harley Hudd to cooly claim his well earned first goal of the season.
It didn’t take long for Upton to score again when a ball over the top of the defence found their striker onside and despite the defenders best efforts took a cruel deflection of Jamie Bish and beat Connor Wilkins at the near post.
Tavs scored again when Kyle Adams pass found Dean Neale’s run into the box with the striker able to open his account for the afternoo.

Just before the end of the half Ethan Moulden (The Tavs Cafu) picked the ball up just inside his own half and picked Dean Neale out with a switched inch perfect diagonal ball which fell in perfect stride for Neale to loop his left footed volley over the keeper,

The second half saw Fin Hill make his debut at the club at right back taking over from club legend S L-J.
Upton were far from dejected despite the half time result, both clubs came out knowing the next goal to be crucial.
The better of the chances fell to Tavs who couldn’t put the game to rest until the 70th minute when on form Dean Neale cut the ball back for Jonty O’Leary finish the game off.
In the 80th minute Neale found himself with the ball in the penalty box with only the keeper to beat and claim his first Hatrick of the season only to be denied by the crossbar.
